Whether you need a little extra help in your own pantry, at the grocery store, or at the stove, I can work with you to help you recognize what you’re already doing well, and what may need a little improvement.

These packages are designed to help you address specific, common health issues. Each package includes one-one-one nutrition counseling with email and phone support between appointments, and customized supplements, products, and information you’ll need to support your efforts to resolve your issue.

Private Cooking Sessions
Individuals or couples. $90 per hour.
I’ll come to your kitchen and help you to create a meal, pot of soup, crock of pickles… the possibilities are endless. We’ll work together as I give you tips, demonstrate techniques, and help you to gain the confidence to turn out your own healthful and delicious homemade creations.
Shopping Field Trips
Individuals or couples. $150.
New Seasons, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, the farmer’s market, or the place you do most of your grocery shopping. Your choice. We’ll meet there and take an aisle-by-aisle tour, for the purpose of learning how to read ingredient labels, identifying ingredients that are best avoided, and making the best choices available. I’ll share my personal favorites, and give you tips on how to pick the best produce, meat, and dairy products, as well as non-food items like cosmetics and cleaning products.
Kitchen Clean-Out
Individuals or couples. $150.
We’ll go through your cupboards, pantry, and refrigerator, identifying foods, containers, cookware, and cleaning products from best to worst. I’ll make suggestions as to what to keep, what to eliminate, and give you many valuable ideas for making the transition to healthier choices.
